Looking, Buying and Learning
We have loads of brilliant things for you to see, buy and do, including over 100 wonderful exhibitors selling a huge rane of products for knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving, felting and dyeing. Please visit our EXHIBITORS LIST page to see information on them all. We also have guilds and associations who can give you loads of advice and demonstrate crafts you may not have tried before. We'll also have a great range of workshops which will be shown on our WORKSHOPS page.
Getting to the Event
If you're driving, please use MK45 2NU, and turn into the school where you see the yellow "Wool Show" signs. We have loads of parking spaces with marshals to show you where to go. Please consider travelling with a group of friends for more fun and to help save the planet! 😇
Flitwick Train Station is about 1½ miles away from our venue, and there's a regular bus service from there to a bus stop near the school, although they do not run on a Sunday (so the taxi rank is probably best on a Sunday if you don't fancy a 30 mins walk).
For more travel advice and maps, please go to our
TRAVEL page.
Accessibility
For people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters, there's a disabled parking zone and there's full access within the venue. We'll have signs to let you know where to go to avoid steps. There are 3 disabled toilets which are shown on the Event Map at the bottom of this webpage, and on the FLOORPLANS page which also shows the wheelchair route to take to avoid steps.
Venue
We use two of the school buildings at the event which allows us to have 5 indoor areas full of brilliant exhibitors. These areas are the Sports Hall, the Connolly Hall, the Connolly Corridor, the Atrium and the Guilds Room. We also have a large marquee with about 20 exhibitors, and a smaller marquee with about 5 exhibitors. Workshops take place in two of the school rooms near to the Guilds Room. There's a map near the bottom of this webpage showing where everything is located.
Food and drink
We have a Street Food Area in the middle of our event, with a wide range of food, snacks and drinks. To see information on what was available in 2024, please visit our FOOD AND DRINK page. For seating, there are plenty of chairs and picnic tables outside, and we have a dedicated Indoor Eating Area. Here's a summary of the food and drink we had in 2024:
